Leveled Reading List. Portland Public Schools (Oregon) has an excellent and very extensive reading list, levels K - 8, which can be entered by author, by title, or by reading level. The listing by reading level can be viewed at: www.pps.k12.or.us/curriculum/literacy/leveled_books/lb_grade_level.pdf.

www.TLCart.com is a site which which features materials to "Teach the kindergarten curriculum through art!" Materials offered include a series of teacher's manuals to teach early childhood through primary curriculum, including ESL.
The site is run by Kaye Espinosa and Virginia McCormick, who are very experienced kindergarten teachers. We are pleased to note that Kaye uses "Picture Me Reading!" materials in the classroom for teaching reading.
Betsy Lee’s Learning Abilities Books (Pre-K - 5th Grade Educational Resources) site underscores the importance of teaching the high frequency Dolch Sight Word vocabulary, and provides stories to read for practice and fun when the words have been mastered. Check it out at www.learningbooks.net.

Memory Joggers was developed by a former special educator. The Memory Joggers flash cards use a visual-conceptual method to teach mastery of basic math facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) by using pictures and stories.
